Every ranch on this map was chosen by a person, not a form. Before a rancher can sell here, we verify who they are, where their cattle graze, and which inspected plant handles their harvest. We ask the same of all of them: cattle raised on pasture and finished on grass, cut and sealed frozen at the plant, shipped early in the week so a box never sits over a weekend.
